What does it cost for the 18.9L Water Bottles?Our 18.9L Water bottles are €10 + VAT.

What other costs are involved?Depending on the type of service you choose, if you choose our basic water cooler service the only other cost is for the water coolers (hot, cold & ambient) which are €100 + VAT and is paid on your first bill. Domestic Mini Dispensers are €25 + VAT which is also paid on your first bill.

Do you charge a monthly service fee or delivery fee?No, we do not charge a delivery fee or a monthly service fee for our coolers. You simply just pay for your water.

What do I do with the empty bottles?We will collect all empty bottles on a monthly basis when dropping out your next months delivery of water bottles.

Is there a minimum order of bottles per month?Yes, our minimum order of bottles is 5 per month.
